Programme 7 on clinical epidemiology, is working on the study of the clinical healthcare process (MAPAC) in which results that change healthcare practice have been obtained, and which continues with the Dianasalud digital platform (www.dianasalud.com). The effectiveness of vena cava filters in recurrent thromboembolisms was published in the JACC.
Lastly, four short stays abroad have been financed in the Training Programme. The Excellence Encounter was held at the Escuela de Verano de Salud Pública de Menorca and 10 awards were financed for the best papers presented at the Reunión Científica de la Sociedad Española de Epidemiología (SEE).
