CEEISCAT has led the European project HIV COBATEST which included 10 Asso-

ciated Partners from 8 European countries and 23 Collaborating Partners. One
of its main results has been a network of 59 community screening centers in 16
countries in which to operation research. In December, the group signed the Grant
Agreement as group leader of a new DG SANCO, Euro HIV EDAT (2014-2017),
with a budget of EUR 1.3 million, 13 partners from 8 countries and 14 collabora-
ting countries.
CEEISCAT has consolidated the PISCIS Cohort of HIV positive patients, increasing
its coverage in Catalonia (12 hospitals in Catalonia and 2 from the Balearic Is-
lands). Nowadays, the cohort is monitoring 14,000 patients.
CEEISCAT has established the Working Group for early diagnosis of HIV in Primary
HealthCareinSpainincollaborationwithsemFYC, CAMFiC,IDIAPGolandGurina
and Programme for AIDS Prevention and Care Department of Health .
During 2013 the report SIVES 2012 has been published, it included information
on HIV and other STIs prevalence, incidence, related risk behavior, diagnostic
activity and therapeutic effectiveness. It also included a leaflet with the indicators
defined by ECDC available and applicable in Catalonia in 2012 to keep track of the
Dublin Declaration and the “ Treatment Cascade “ to estimate and monitor access
to diagnosis and treatment of HIV.
CEEISCAT collaborated on the Technical Report EMIS 2010, which contained the
results of the analysis of the survey implemented on the Internet aimed at men
who have sex with men in 38 countries of the European Region of WHO. The aim 13
